Shipping Policy

Orders :

Orders placed in the United States & European Union are processed and shipped within 24- 48 hours.

International orders :

International orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

(From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work to get all orders out quickly, but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible!)

Please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, it may take more than 48 hours but this case is rare.

Orders from European countries shipping with Express are usually delivered within 2-7 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays.

Orders from European countries shipping with Standard are usually delivered within 14-25 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays.

For the Standard service, please allow up to 1-5 working days for the tracking informations to display online. If you are not seeing any update when you receive your tracking number, don't worry it is perfectly normal as the package are transiting first from a Hub to another before it is being scanned by the final Hub that will show your tracking updates online.

Express service, please allow up to 1-5 working days for the tracking informations to display online. Payment with a credit card :

Due to growing fraud, we are requesting all orders paid with a credit card, to be delivered only to the owner of the credit card and to the billing address. If we have any doubt, Larin’s Team may contact you to ask extra informations to verify that your payment has been authorized by the credit card owner.

We reserve the right to cancel or block any order not respecting this instruction.

 

Customs and Duties

Larins Clothes Limited does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Red Dress does not pay these fees.

LOST PACKAGES

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
